Windows on the Bay’s Brigade de Cuisine is led by Chef Herzog, who brings his talent and experience to your table. Chef Herzog trained and honed his culinary skills for twenty years in the resort kitchens of the California wine country before moving to Washington in 2002.
Whether choosing Pacific Northwest, regional or international cuisine, Chef Herzog delights the palate and the eye with his savory recipes and original takes on classic dishes and epicurean delights. Our professional, friendly service staff is directed by professional banquet captains that ensure that you and your guests will receive impeccable service whether your event is a seated dinner or a casual family reunion.
Bar Service
We provide exceptional service at the bar, with bartenders certified through the Washington State Liquor Control Board. Our bartenders serve your guests professionally and responsibly with Host or No-Host Bar Service Packages.

Your event planning will be guided by our Event Coordinators & Specialists who have over fifty years of event planning experience. They will help you plan all the details and then ensure the event flows smoothly.
