Chef Herzog is happy to create custom menus for your event. Pacific Northwest favorites, regional dishes, or international cuisines are all within Chef Herzog’s culinary repertoire. Just ask!

Please note, however, that we have received many glowing testimonials about our exceptional Standard Fare offerings. You may combine menus and make adjustments to the Standard Fare Selections.**

All the food is prepared by Chef and his staff on premise in the Windows on the Bay vast kitchen facilities. Chef never allows the use of warming ovens or heat lamps because our food comes straight from him to you and your guests. Your cuisine is served piping hot or appropriately chilled.

Our Banquet Captain coordinates with the Chef the timing of your food service, table service, and any special needs that you or your guests may request. Our On-site Event Coordinator pays attention to every detail your event.

Lummi Island: Fresh Wild Salmon & Prime Rib

We offer vegetarian options to accompany any menu and provide selections for those with dietary concerns or allergies. Entree selections are available for those under the age of twelve. Please discuss your concerns with our Event Coordinator when you are planning your event so that we may accommodate you and your guests special needs.
