Our Inclusive Plan will save you time and effort along with stretching your event budget.
HIGH SEASON: June through October and December
LOW SEASON: January through May and November
Please note that Saturday evenings rentals may be reserved only during the Low Season.
Venue Rental is non-taxable, which makes our Inclusive Plan even more advantageous to your event budget.
Full Day Rental: 9 am – 11:30 pm
Please inquire about holding events past midnight or before nine in the morning. Extra charges may apply to our All Inclusive Plan for extending hours of operation.

Evening Rental: 5 pm – 11:30 pm
Day Rental: 8 am – 4 pm
(Please note: Evening rental is not available for Saturdays in High Season or for any high impact events, including weddings.)
Evening Rental (5 pm – 11:30 pm) Inclusive Plan is perfect for cocktail parties, corporate holiday parties, non-profit fundraisers and auctions, dinner parties, birthday celebrations, dances, galas, and other social gatherings.

Daytime Rental (8 am – 4 pm) is ideal for business meetings, product launches, award ceremonies, family brunches, high teas, holiday parties, fashion show luncheons, fund-raisers and, of course, celebration of life events.
